Payment Policy

Effective Date: 9/4/24

1. Payment Structure

• Tryout Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $20 is required to be evaluated by the coaches. This fee covers coaching and rental costs.

• Registration Fees: The total cost for the season is $650 which covers coaching fees, facility rental, insurance, equipment, website, and miscellaneous.

• Uniform Fee: $150 is not included with registration fee. Custom order reversible with last name on back with warm up top.

2. Payment Schedule

• Option 1: Full Payment: Pay the entire seasonal fee of $650 by 9/15/24.

• Option 2: Installment Plan (Uniform fee add $50 to each week):

• First installment of $250 due by 9/15/24.

• Second installment of $250 due by 10/15/24.

• Final installment of $150 due by 10/30/24.

3. Payment Methods

• Payments can be made via Check, Venmo or credit card.

• Checks should be made payable to “Born Ready Basketball INC”.

4. Late Payments

• A late fee of $20 will be applied to any payments not received by the due date.

• If payments are more than 7 days overdue, the player may be ineligible to participate in games or practices until the account is brought current.

5. Refund Policy

• Registration Fees: Refunds are not provided after the first two weeks of the season, except in cases of injury or relocation. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Scholarships and Financial Assistance

• Limited scholarships are available for families in need. Applications must be submitted by 9/15/24

• Payment plans can be adjusted based on financial need upon request.

7. Additional Costs

• Travel, lodging, and meals during tournaments are the responsibility of the player’s family.

• Optional team gear and spirit wear are available at additional costs.

By signing below, you agree to the terms of this payment policy and understand the financial commitment required for your child’s participation in the Born Ready Basketball travel team.
